DeMarche recently welcomed two new members to our team. Emma Xie, CFA, is our new analyst for treasury and investment services, and Miranda Heidemann has joined our research staff as an associate for investment manager research.
Before joining DeMarche, Emma worked as Senior Investment Director for Digital China, a Beijing-based fintech company, where she co-led the strategic investment and investor relations teams. She has experience in investment banking at Founder Securities in Beijing, and as a mergers and acquisitions analyst for Deloitte in Hong Kong. Emma earned her dual MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and Tsinghua University, a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Hong Kong, and her Bachelor of Arts in journalism and communication from Shandong University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
Miranda previously worked as a Financial Account Representative for RTS Financial. While in college, she worked as an assistant for Accounting 360 and as a service associate for Farm Bureau Financial Services. Miranda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in finance and management from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
