We are excited to welcome Gretchen Rudd and Aliyah Shaw, our newest Administrative Assistants. Their combined skills and talents help to bring a dynamic energy to DeMarche.
Gretchen comes to DeMarche after working in Education for more than 20 years. She served as a high school career pathway teacher and has 15+ years of experience coordinating fundraising events for public and private schools. Gretchen has a bachelor's degree in Education from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK.
Aliyah has a unique background that combines customer service, administrative expertise, and community engagement. Before joining DeMarche, Aliyah spent most of her career in the non-profit sector, supporting organizations like Visit Kansas City Kansas, and the Ewing Marion Kauffman School. Aliyah is currently working on a degree in Liberal Arts from UMKC.
