Timothy Marchesi, CFA, is the President and Chief Executive Officer at DeMarche and the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is the leader of the Executive Committee and the chairperson of the Manager Review Committee (MARC), which oversees the process of analyzing and selecting asset managers for client accounts. He also serves as a member of the Asset Allocation Committee. Mr. Marchesi is the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager for DeMarche’s discretionary OCIO practice. Before advancing to the position of CEO, he was a Senior Consultant and a leader in proprietary market research.
Before joining DeMarche, Mr. Marchesi served as Vice President for American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, where he provided portfolio and relationship management for the private client group. Mr. Marchesi serves on the Board of Directors for Arts KC. Since 2014, Mr. Marchesi has also served as a Leadership Exchange delegate for the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. Prior community involvement includes the KCRep Theatre Board of Directors and the grant-making chair of the Chicago Community Foundation’s Young Leaders Fund.
Mr. Marchesi earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a regular member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society Kansas City, and the CFA Society Chicago. He holds a FINRA Securities Series 63 license.
