Adam Strumpf, CAIA, is a Senior Consultant, Chief Compliance Officer, and a member of the Executive Committee at DeMarche. He is also a member of the Manager Review Committee for Alternative Assets. He specializes in investment policy, asset allocation, and equity analysis. In addition, he serves as the Manager of Investment Research, leading the firm’s due diligence efforts on institutional asset managers. In his role as Senior Consultant, he advises defined benefit and defined contribution plans as well as foundations and endowments. Mr. Strumpf began his career at DeMarche working on the corporate finance and investor relations consulting team. He played an integral role in the development and enhancement of the firm’s products and services for publicly traded companies.
Before joining DeMarche, Mr. Strumpf served as the Assistant Vice President for Plan Development at Financial Advisory Service, where he created comprehensive financial strategies for clients, including estate, retirement, and investment planning.
Mr. Strumpf earned his MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College, graduating summa cum laude. He is a member of the Alpha Chi National College Honor Scholarship Society. Mr. Strumpf is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder and a member of the CAIA Association. He has also earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) designations. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Kansas City, and he holds FINRA Securities Series 63 and 65 licenses.
