Emma Xie, CFA, is an Analyst for Treasury and Investment Services at DeMarche. She is responsible for outsourced treasury services and financial analysis. She partners with Senior Consultants to provide solutions to clients for complex finance and investment challenges. She is a member of the MARC Advisory Committee and the co-author of the DeMarche Dashboard, a monthly flash report on securities, markets, and the economy.
Before joining DeMarche, Ms. Xie worked as Senior Investment Director for Digital China, a Beijing-based fintech company where she co-led the strategic investment and investor relations teams. Ms. Xie has experience as an investment banker at Founder Securities in Beijing and as a mergers and acquisitions analyst for Deloitte in Hong Kong. Ms. Xie began her professional career as a news analyst for Reuters.
Ms. Xie earned her dual MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and Tsinghua University. She also earned her master’s degree in journalism from the University of Hong Kong and her bachelor’s degree in journalism and communication from Shandong University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a regular member of the CFA Institute.
